Fashion compendium from the Victorian era 1864–1865

Discover a very rare and substantial fashion compendium with over 1,500 pages from the Victorian era (1864–1865): This volume brings together all issues of the series *“VICTORIA. Illustrated Pattern and Fashion Magazine”* published in Berlin during 1864 and 1865, beautifully bound in a magnificently designed book. The cloth cover is richly decorated with embossed ornaments, and the title *“VICTORIA”* is displayed in gold lettering on both the front cover and spine. The work features 45 hand-colored fashion engravings, all in good condition. All supplement sheets from the original issues are included—however, without cut-out patterns or templates. The binding shows age-related wear at the edges and corners, with some bumping. The spine has detached on the inside, but the individual magazines remain well connected and firmly held within the volume.
