Antique leather wallet 1920 - 1930

Well-preserved antique leather wallet; 1920 - 1930 (Art Nouveau / Art Deco); exterior made of smooth brown leather; the lid is likely adorned with a decorated ivory celluloid plate, although it could also be horn; the plate is set in decorated, silver-plated metal pieces (two pieces are missing); the plate features floral carvings; the interior is lined with light brown suede; the original beveled edge mirror is present; the wallet has three compartments and a wide leather strap on the back for attachment; both clasps function perfectly; small leather cracks along the edges; age-appropriate signs of use; dimensions: 8.5 x 17 cm / 188g.
