Large antique beaded bag from the end of the Biedermeier

Large antique beaded bag (pompadour, beaded bag) from the end of the Biedermeier to the Victorian era; 1840 - 1890; embroidered with green, red and blue glass beads; fabric lining; the motifs (roses, flowers and geometric shapes) are well preserved; the finish at the top consists of a green crochet edge with brown drawstring; handmade; the drawstring and lining were probably restored or replaced once; a great ladies' accessory for lovers of historical evening wear and an eye-catcher for the opera or theatre; traces of use according to age; dimensions: approx. 13,5 x 18,5 cm
