Very extravagant and rare 12-piece fish cutlery set for 6 people; 800 silver; from the renowned silversmith "Alexander Sturm" (since 1882); consisting of 6 fish knives and 6 fish forks; finely detailed relief decoration; hallmarked with the distinctive CLOVERLEAF mark, representing the prestigious Alexander Sturm silverware factory in Vienna; also marked with the TOUCAN head mark with the additions "W" and "4" (from 1922, with 4 for 800 silver) and the fineness mark "800"; Sturm's gold and silversmith workshop was founded in Vienna in 1882, and over time, he gained significant recognition through his intensive collaboration with artists of the Wiener Werkstätte, such as Josef Hoffmann, Koloman Moser, and Oswald Haerdtl; the cutlery is slightly scratched; age-appropriate signs of wear; dimensions: forks 18.5 cm / 290 g – knives 21 cm / 355 g; total weight: 645 g (all silver).
