Antique physics teaching aids: Two exceptional objects from the field of electricity in the 19th century. These historical pieces originate from a significant Austrian collection. In the collection: presumably a galvanometer with a paper scale, mounted on a wooden base with brass contacts; the device served as a demonstration object for measuring electric current. At the center of the scale, a manufacturer’s logo with the initials "SA" is depicted in front of an antenna with three electrical lightning bolts. On the back, two opposing moving-coil meters can be seen; in the middle, there is a suspension for the pointer, which is missing. dimensions: 8 x 14 x 15 cm; The second object is a historic spark inductor with a gray coil, a demonstration of the inductive generation of high-voltage pulses, also mounted on a wooden base. dimensions: 7 x 13,5 x 4 cm; Both teaching aids possess a beautiful natural patina and offer a great insight into the history of electricity; not tested for completeness or functionality; rust spots; sold in found condition; age-related signs of use;
