Small Islamic Prayer Beads; Masabih or Tesbih, first third of the 20th century; 33 pearls that are movably strung on a string and divided into three sections of 11 pearls each (camel bone or ivory?); two small decorated silver balls are incorporated between the 3 sections; traces according to age and use (see photos)
